The wilderness is our playground—an open landscape for exploration, understanding, and connection. Through our on-site bottle shop, culinary craft, and intimate community gathering series, you’re invited to savor life’s simplest pleasures: music carried on the air, unguarded movement beneath open skies, a glass of wine in hand, and the unhurried ease of being present.

The Tending of the Flame

An outdoor dining experience shaped by Argentine asado, offered by reservation.

The Tending of the Flame is a fire-guided dining experience set within the forest. Guests select their cut of beef, gather seasonal provisions from local farmers and artisans, and spend the day tending their own fire—allowing time, heat, and place to shape the meal. As evening settles, the table comes together around food prepared slowly, thoughtfully, and shared beneath the open sky.

Forest Soirées

A Champagne-Style Artistic Gathering, Reimagined in the Forest

Inspired by the open, communal wine bars of Champagne country—especially the courtyards of Reims—our gorgeous enchanted forest and our digitized amphitheater-the Electric Horseshoe carries the spirit of flowing bottles, spontaneous conversation, and unplanned evenings that stretch on. These spaces welcome DJs, comedy, live performances, and moments of celebration.

Simple Pleasures

An overnight art experience with a guided practice and materials to continue at home.

Simple Pleasures offers overnight, art-centered experiences held within a quiet forest setting. Each stay is devoted to creative practices such as painting, journaling, and flower pressing, supported by thoughtfully prepared materials guests take home to continue their work beyond their time on the land. Days unfold gently, allowing space for making, observing, and reflection, while evenings settle into calm.

Fire Break July – August

During periods of high or extreme fire risk, T7GR is closed to the general public and operates under limited access supported by the Divine Fire Foundation. During these times, the site is reserved for approved fire and conservation professionals participating in supervised programs focused on land stewardship, wildfire risk reduction, and the responsible testing of fire-resilience and mitigation technologies during active fire-season conditions.

Our hope is that time spent here gently carries you away—into a space free from obligation, responsibility, and stress. A place where the pace softens, the senses open, and you’re invited to fully unwind, reconnect, and experience the wilderness with ease and intention. Here, time is unhurried, presence comes naturally, and the beauty of the landscape is felt rather than rushed.

Discover T7GR

The forest is the canvas. You create the moment.

T7GR is a blank canvas set within the forest—a place for gathering, expression, and renewal. Whether it becomes a concert under the trees, a field camp, a celebration, or simply a quiet space to re-center, the land invites you to shape the experience. Here, the environment is not prescribed; it is created by those who arrive.

Conservation

Caring for the land that makes this place possible.

At T7GR, stewardship of the land is central to everything we do. Our work focuses on preserving the natural beauty and biodiversity of the forest through thoughtful tree care, protection of native flowers and herbs, and regenerative land practices. We support healthy wildlife habitat while maintaining careful fire safety and pasture management.
